Features
- This automatic paper towel bundle packing machine is powered by PLC and 16-axis servo drive to automatically convey products and carry out pressing, counting, and the picking, opening, loading and sealing of tissue products. Sealing is finished through a vacuum mold.
- This automatic tissue packing machine is able to pack both bulk pack toilet tissue and core or coreless paper roll. The change of packing mode can be realized with easy operation.
- When malfunctions happen, alert will be sent and where they happen will be displayed on the screen.
- Monitoring system is enabled to timely detect and solve problems. Specifically, products packages will be examined to ensure they are all properly wrapped. If the packages are deformed, the products will be rejected. Also will be rejected are the packages when they are found to be connected with one another. When the packages are not properly opened, the machine will shut down automatically. In addition, the broken packages will be teased out automatically.
- The tissue packing machine is able to press toilet roll paper with adjustable pressure into bulk pack paper.
- A dual-line feeding system and a cylinder are enabled to feed bulk pack toilet paper or toilet roll paper semi-automatically.
- The automatic paper towel bundle packing machine also features air source management and servo overload protection.
