IMAKO packaging equipment is provided with warranty period of 12 months. During the period, we are responsible for replacing parts those are damaged due to its quality, free of charge. When the part damages are caused by improper operation or human factors, the cost of parts should be paid by buyer. We assures that all parts we provided are at reasonable prices.

When equipment failure occurs during the operation, our after-sales service technician will contact you in a timely manner to solve the issue. If necessary, we can send our technicians to your plant for on-site troubleshooting, but buyer is responsible for all of the expenses. Any faults of electrical systems can also be fixed via remote diagnosis.

IMAKO provides user training service, lifetime technical support and telephone consultation, allowing users to foresee and avoid potential problems while ensuring all equipment we provided remain at optimal running status. Furthermore, we offer PPT training materials and troubleshooting videos as per customer request.

Our sufficient inventory of spare parts is available to guarantee that every single part purchased by customer can be delivered on time.
